১. কপিরাইট ও মেধাস্বত্ব
জনবার্তা (Janobarta)-এর ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত নিজস্ব লেখা, প্রতিবেদন, শিরোনাম, গ্রাফিকস, লোগো, ডিজাইন ও অন্যান্য মৌলিক উপকরণ প্রযোজ্য কপিরাইট ও মেধাস্বত্ব আইনের অধীন সুরক্ষিত হতে পারে।
তবে ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত সব উপকরণের স্বত্ব জনবার্তার—এমন দাবি করা হচ্ছে না। তৃতীয় পক্ষের কনটেন্টের স্বত্ব সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিক বা অধিকারধারীর কাছে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে।
২. জনবার্তার সংবাদ ও কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার
জনবার্তার প্রকাশিত সংবাদ বা প্রতিবেদন সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে শেয়ার করতে মূল সংবাদটির লিংক ব্যবহার এবং জনবার্তাকে সূত্র হিসেবে উল্লেখ করতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
তবে লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া জনবার্তার সম্পূর্ণ প্রতিবেদন, ছবি, ভিডিও, গ্রাফিকস বা অন্যান্য স্বত্বাধিকারযুক্ত উপকরণ হুবহু কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না—যেখানে প্রযোজ্য আইন বা লাইসেন্সে অন্যথা অনুমোদিত নয়।
৩. তৃতীয় পক্ষের কনটেন্ট
সংবাদ প্রকাশের ক্ষেত্রে অন্য সংবাদমাধ্যম, প্রতিষ্ঠান, আলোকচিত্রী বা কনটেন্ট নির্মাতার উপকরণ ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
এসব উপকরণ ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে উৎস, অনুমতি ও প্রযোজ্য লাইসেন্সের শর্ত বিবেচনা করা হয়। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মূল উৎস বা স্বত্বাধিকারীর পরিচয় উল্লেখ করা হবে।
৪. পাঠকের পাঠানো ছবি ও তথ্য
পাঠক বা সংবাদ প্রতিনিধিরা জনবার্তায় ছবি, ভিডিও, লেখা বা অন্যান্য উপকরণ পাঠালে নিশ্চিত করবেন যে সেগুলো পাঠানোর এবং ব্যবহারের অনুমতি তাঁদের রয়েছে।
অন্যের কনটেন্ট অনুমতি ছাড়া পাঠানো বা অন্যের স্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন করে এমন উপকরণ জমা দেওয়া উচিত নয়।
জনবার্তা জমা দেওয়া উপকরণ প্রকাশের আগে প্রয়োজনীয় পর্যালোচনা করতে পারে। উপকরণ পাঠানো মানেই তা প্রকাশের নিশ্চয়তা নয়।
৫. অনুমতি নিয়ে কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার
জনবার্তার কোনো প্রতিবেদন, ছবি, ভিডিও বা অন্যান্য উপকরণ পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার বা অন্য কোনো কাজে ব্যবহারের অনুমতি প্রয়োজন হলে আগে লিখিতভাবে যোগাযোগ করুন।
অনুমতির শর্ত, ব্যবহার পদ্ধতি ও প্রয়োজনীয় স্বীকৃতি সংশ্লিষ্ট আলোচনার ভিত্তিতে নির্ধারিত হবে।
৬. কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘনের অভিযোগ
আপনার মনে হলে জনবার্তার ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত কোনো উপকরণ আপনার কপিরাইট বা মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন করছে, তাহলে আমাদের ইমেইলে জানান।
অভিযোগের সঙ্গে সম্ভব হলে যুক্ত করুন:
- সংশ্লিষ্ট কনটেন্টের ওয়েব লিংক।
- আপনার পরিচয় ও যোগাযোগের তথ্য।
